Delivery Policy

At GameBeam we work hard to ensure every order arrives safely and on time.
Please read this policy carefully before ordering.



Processing Time
All orders are processed, packaged and booked with the courier within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays.

Processing time is separate from the courier’s delivery time.


Shipping Options

🚚 Express Delivery (2–5 Business Days) – R250 nationwide
📦 Standard Delivery (8–12 Business Days) – Nationwide delivery

Delivery time is counted from the day the parcel is collected by the courier, not from the moment you place the order.


Order Tracking & “View Order” Page
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email/SMS with your tracking link so you can follow your delivery in real time.
Until the parcel has been handed over to the courier, the tracking link/order view may show “no information” or an error.
This is normal and simply means the courier has not scanned in the parcel yet.
For Standard Delivery, you can expect your tracking number to be active by the 8th business day at the latest.
Not seeing tracking before then does not mean your order isn’t being processed.


Delivery Locations

We deliver anywhere within South Africa.


Delays

Courier or regional delays may occasionally occur (weather, strikes, peak season, etc.).
If your order has not arrived after the maximum delivery timeframe for your chosen option, please contact us and we will investigate with the courier.
