Return & Refund Window

You may request a return or refund within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility for Refund

To qualify, the item must be:

  • In its original condition

  • With all accessories, cables, and packaging included

  • Not physically damaged, altered, or intentionally misused

Defective or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will replace it or issue a refund at no extra cost.

Change of Mind

Change-of-mind returns are accepted, but return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items damaged due to misuse, drops, spills, or improper setup

  • Items returned without original packaging or missing accessories

  • Products outside the 30-day window

Refund Processing Time

Once your return is inspected and approved, refunds are issued within 3–7 business days to your original payment method.

Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a GameBeam error (wrong or defective product).

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, the standard return process applies.
